Who does the Virtual Assistant work for?
The VA works directly for you. We are not an agency that you pay in order to keep your VA. Your VA’s are yours from the very beginning, we just help get them up to speed on what you need without you needing to take the time yourself.
How much does it cost to hire a Virtual Assistant?
This is calculated by looking at where your VA is located and determining what a realistic living wage in their area is. We suggest starting at $3-$5 a hour. This will give you the best candidates.
How do I pay a Virtual Assistant?
The VA will send you an Invoice weekly and you can pay it via PayPal. We use Gusto (our payroll system).
What hours should my Virtual Assistant work?
VA's understand that they will need to work in your timezone's typical business hours.
